True Father taught that the sexual organs are the borderline between heaven and hell. “Now, let us discover the dividing line between heaven and hell. Is it up in the air? Where is it? It is your sexual organ. …If you use your sexual organ like a blind person aimlessly wandering without direction, it will undoubtedly lead you as its owner to hell. By the same token, if you use your sexual organ according to the standard of God’s absolute love, you will be led high up into heaven.”
Once we shed the physical body, our spiritual state is our world.
Let’s unpack this. We abide in a spiritual state. While in the physical body, because of the distractions of the physical world, we are minimally aware of our spiritual state. Once we shed the physical body, our spiritual state, heaven or hell, is our world.
What does this mean? Think of the very first things that define your presence in this world. One, light. Two, air. In spirit world, love is light. With love, you live in light. With no love, you are in the shadows, in a fog. In spirit world, love is air. With love, you breathe freely. With no love, you are gasping, suffocating. Breathing in light, or gasping in darkness.
Who comes to you? The bond of the sexual organs is eternal. Those with whom you had a sexual relationship on earth come to you. If you bonded sexually one spouse, your bond of faithful love will bring light to your eyes and oxygen to your cells. You will be in paradise and, through the Blessing, God will bring you to heaven.
Only True Parents can break those chains.
What if you had multiple partners in broken relationships? You will be chained to each one. “We see,” said True Father, “that through free sex the entire world is being stripped naked and shoved in the direction of death.” You and each partner will breathe pain, resentment, shame, anger. Your sexual organs will be your enemy, the locks on your chains. And each one of your partners will be chained to their other partners. You broadcast your agony and are surrounded by myriad other people broadcasting theirs.
You cannot break those chains. God cannot break those chains. Praise God that True Parents break those chains. They break them in the Holy Marriage Blessing. They break them for our forebears in the Ancestor Liberation and Blessing.
